Description
I think most of you know me by now, and how I like to play whilst sitting at my desk. This is such a play session, the sun was shining through my window(only briefly) and was making rainbows on one of my CD's. I have done shots like this before but not with a macro lens. Top left just the cd, top right cd with a tiny drop of washing up liquid. Middle left a pin with the drop to show scale, check out the end of the pin, middle right I smeared the liquid made it like an oil slick. Bottom left some of the tiny bubbles created when I added a drop of water, bottom right more of the same. If you enlarge you might be able to check out the pin middle left. I didn't see it until I loaded it up on the computer.
Tomorrow it's going to be a 'What am I?' shot, it will be an item that is on my desk day in day out. Thats the only clue you will get.

Great macros Jeff the rainbow colours are fantastic and blobs etc., is that a fine hair on the end of the pin middle left or some very very fine textile material? Has Diane seen this title lol? !!!
