Wonderful POV and inky mood effect in this shot, Melinda! Maybe you're too young to remember Red Skelton's cast character, Clem Kadiddlehopper's girl friend, Daisy June. I always think of that whenever I see a posting of daisies. BTW, has the weather been hot your way?

I love the way you've worked this image! I love the artistic flare here. You state that the photo itself is lacking in sharpness, but in this instance, sharpness is not a necessity! I love your post-work and the way in which you've shifted this image from a representation of flowers to something far more subjective in which a somewhat different emotional investment is necessary. Great work!
