Description
Something a little different today. A hybrid fractal, so to speak. The center image is a flame. The part surrounding the flame is also made from a fractal, (created using FractalViZion). I took that fractal into Paintshop Pro erased the center, rotated the fractal using the Mehdi filter, then exported it as a frame and used it to achieve the effect you see. Then I used an actual frame from PSP over all of that. I hope you will enjoy this.
