Description
I made it to California and I'm here with Dave and his Mom and very happy....the 2,000 mile trip went very well until I hit the state that should have been called "The Land Of Disaster"....the roads, the heat, the lack of exits for gas, lodging and food was just horrible...the people, when one saw people, were very friendly but I never want to see New Mexico again...LOL...sorry if you live there....Anyway...the most beautiful site I did see a long my trip was Flagstaff, Arizona....along 40West there in Flagstaff is a place called Walnut Canyon....I was in complete awe my friends...just a breathtaking place....I tried to recreate part of it here but I'm far from re-creating the beauty that canyon held...look it up on the internet if you've never been there, it's by far one of the beauties of our world, I someday want very much to go back and see it again....
Dave is taking me site seeing this week end here in California...I'm looking forward to that....his street is just beautiful...palm trees everywhere....
And my sisters of Renderosity who know Dave....if you're wondering if he looks as good in person as his pics....HEH....He looks BETTER....and his Mom is a sweetie....They are wonderful people and I love being here with them....

WOW!!! This is stunning! I love it! I'm so glad that you made it to California safely and that you are happy. I know what you mean about New Mexico, I used to live there. It can be harsh, but it can also be very beautiful. There actually are some very beautiful places in NM so I hope you won't write it off completely. I live in Arizona now and I agree with you about the beauty of Walnut Canyon near Flagstaff.
