Description
The first year we had this in our garden, the rabbits devoured the blooms before they eyen opened, so I dug it up and potted it, and this was the result last year. Unfortunately, I left the pot out and it didn't survive the winter.
Ah, so. I find it more fun to learn things like this on my own, even if it is the hard way. To paraphrase Emerson, "So what if you discover the same stars an astronomer has discovered before you, if it's new to you, it still rocks." Well, something like that, the exact quote escapes me but I get what he was saying.

Well, at least you have this gorgeous capture of it to always remember. The chipmunks devoured my Gebera daisy flowers, last Summer. Petals were lying all over the place. Little devils. Two years ago, the robins were pulling apart my Dusty Millers to use for nesting material. Was thinking of asking them to replace what they destroyed...lol...yea, right!
