Description

This dedication is for a wonderful lady and my dear friend Lynne or known here as (ldynghtwng) Lynne is a superb artist and has a talent for Poser and recently expanded into Cinema 4d and Vue. Her art is filled with beauty, grace and even provides a smile at times. Lynne has always been so nice to me so I wanted to do something for her because she deserves it. Lynne told me when she was a little girl that she brought home abandoned puppies and kittens, and sometimes other small animals including rabbits, hamsters, frogs, squirrels and pigeons. She would always tell her Mom they followed her home and ask to keep them. Her Mom (who must have been a saint, lol) would set up cages and tanks and prepare baby formula for them always. My story is a actual joke that little Lynne played on her Mom one day, and I hope you enjoy it. Momma Can I keep him (For ldynghtwng) : A few blocks away in a area where Lynne rode her bike daily there lived a family who had a shetland pony for a pet named Sunny. She would visit him often and bring him apples and pet him. One day Lynne got the family to agree to let her play a huge joke on her Mom. That day Lynne came walking up to the door of her home leading the shetland pony Sunny. Lynne banged on the door and her Mom pulled it back and was about ready to pass out as Sunny was staring her in the face. Her Mom held on to the door frame to keep from passing out as little Lynne said {Momma Can I Keep Him, He Followed Me Home ?} I'm sure her Mom finally calmed down once Lynne told her the truth. Thanks everyone for listening, I hope to give a few smiles, Dave

Look at all those happy orphaned animals! You really did a great job assembling and posing all of this. Especially, Sunny who looks like he's saying, "A pleasure to be here Mam. When's supper?". Poor Mom looks like she just received the fright of her life too! And all those nice kitties and puppies just running around adding to the general chaos. My sister was one for bringing home stray animals. Even as a toddler (so I'm told - Chris is older than me) she would somehow manage to wander off in the mornings before anyone was up. When Mom awoke, she would find Chris on the front porch with a dog or a cat beside her. This is a little girl who was still in diapers and could hardly yet string three words together bringing home full grown pets! And yes, she wanted a horse. But she probably simply never met up with one.

I am just about in tears here, partly laughing and partly just floored by the wodnerful dedication and fabulous image. The little girl looks so much like me at that age, and the mom and pony are perfect. I printed it out to show my Mom, who is just getting back her vision after the surgery and she can't get over it. I am getting it printed up and framing it for her!! You are a wonderful friend, Dave, and I can't thank you enough for making my day, and my Mom's! Such perfect timing for her, too, just when she needed some cheering up! And yes, my Mom was a saint..alligators in the bathroom, squirrels in the draperies, mice in the cellar and pigeons in the yard; at any given time I had 10 or more companion animals and everything was kept absolutely spotless. Sadly, I never did get a pony lol
