I'm having trouble identifying this bird,if someone knows it would be greatly appreciated. It looks like some kind of warbler.

excellent capture my friend, the Warbler that comes closest to this is an Orange Crowned Warbler but i'm not 100% sure if this is one or not.

i think SapUS59 is correct about Orange Crowned Warbler. most New World warblers are brightly coloured (you are so lucky, the Old World warblers which breed in Europe are so dull!), and Orange Crowned seems to be identifiable mainly by its lack of colour. and if this pic was taken in Spring, then this is as bright as this chap is going to get !
