Description

This is foto I took a while back, I've been fiddling and fiddling with it and it's still not what I want. But oh well, there ya go and here ya are, MY bling~~~though if I REALLY had what I wanted, it would be ALL rubies, oh how I love em!!! PS, the larger ring~~probably a created sapphire, 3 TEENY diamonds, then 3 rubies~~ALMOST enough!!!

Very nice, my dear. :-) I love rubies and emeralds and tourmelines. I also like Alexandrites and Amathysts. I love all the colored stones but I am not much on diamonds, pearls or jade. I'm one who loves color as I think you are too. :-) Sweet shot.

As you know among gems it's opals for me - though I personally only wear silver jewellery with black details eg obsidian, haematite; or natural things like horn or teeth. I'll post a picture of my little collection sometime. Good picture which provides an excellent talking-point. Mike

Whenever I hear or see anything concerning rubies, I always think of the red ruby shoes of Dorothy Gale in the movie, THE WIZARD OF OZ. That said, a stellar macro of the gorgeous bling-bling rings and hand, Marilyn!

I like subtle bling like this; it is MOST DEFINITELY bling, but it's not so in your face and obnoxious! Ah, but I have yet to see an obnoxious ruby! Your love or rubies says a lot...Ruby just so happens to be my birthstone! As for this shot, it may not be exactly the way you want it, but it's a great one with a really strong and warm sense of color!
