Description

My husband says, "Melinda, come look at this." And here are these daisies looking like snowflakes! He knew I'd want to take photos ... lol. I took many photos, this one was the best of the bunch. Thanks for your comments on my previous upload, "~Kairos~" and for the favorites too. If you can't tell, I've been playing with frames... LOL. Have a great weekend! ~Melinda~

I love this shot! The petals are quite unique...not what I commonly associate with daisies, but oh well. The color is fantastic as well and the splash-pattern of white just brings the whole thing into really sharp and well-presented focus.

It's a beautiful and adorable little flower and I have them in my garden all year round, of course being in Africa helps a little. Very well captured Melinda.

Holy smokers, Cisco, what a find! A starburst! Still another species variety of flora I've never seen nor heard of before. Excellent macro in every aspect of the genre; wonderful contrast against the background, a gorgeous pistil...and those fantastic petals look like half pods, plastic spoons or some kind of sculptor's tool.
