Very technically proficient. Her left breast looks a bit bright though, you might want to tweak the lighting. I like the framing (the black lines) and the background. The hat, on the other hand, is giving me nightmares. (I think it makes a fashion statement, and the statement is "I like wearing a teacup on my head") A good render of a silly outfit.
