.:this is a very cool image and deserves more comments. You have a very interesting texture for the face. Do you feel that maybe the ear needs a little more detail on the texture like the face? I'd like to see another version of this with the hair not as blurred in the front and maybe shifting most of the blur towards the back of the head - very cool work, well done:.

This is a superb portrait, though I have to agree with Oils_on_Display a bit. The blurred hair detracts from the overall effect a bit.
