Description

Rapeseed (Brassica napus), also known as rape, oilseed rape, rapa, rapaseed and (in the case of one particular group of cultivars) canola, is a bright yellow flowering member of the family Brassicaceae Rapeseed oil is used in the manufacture of biodiesel for powering motor vehicles. Biodiesel may be used in pure form in newer engines without engine damage, and is frequently combined with fossil-fuel diesel in ratios varying from 2% to 20% biodiesel. take care, have a great day And thanks for your support and kind comments on my privious postings. I doubt if I ever seen one of these trees or did not know what I was looking at.beautiful blue sky and very informative

It's actually a field crop. If you've seen bright yellow fields in the UK or elsewhere, that's it. Looks lovely in the sunshine, as captured here, but it does pong a bit :)
