Description

Howdy friends and neighbors! This is what's going on here (because you are probably wondering and scratching your head)....this is a test creation for a project that I want ALL of YOU to do too. It's called Count High and it is about a fellow making a film and he needs over 127,000 number images. I emailed them and got the number 179. This is my first doodle at making a number picture (made in XaraXtreme). I'm going to try one in Bryce next, one in PSP, maybe Vue and send off the best one. Anyway, you can create it with whatever medium you want, even paint numbers in the road and take a picture of it. Use sticks, carve it, photograph it, render it. Now that you're just chomping at the bit to get started, here's the website: counthigh Pretty cool, huh? The folks over at 3DCommune.com have requested the most numbers so far. That's where I first saw it mentioned. (yes, there ARE 179 little fishies in the image :))

Well, if anyone is going to do this, they better step up fast. I sure don't want to place 127,000 objects into a single image...lol. That's about one object per pixel. Oh.. I counted 179 fishies above too.. (actually, I counted 178 but I think I skipped one) I'm so glad you didn't pick a big number like 25137 or I would have been at this all friggin day. Since this is a work in progress, does that mean you gonna post a finished one and make me count them all again? Glad you used fish and not sheep or I never would have made it. Is there any special significance to the number 179 for you? Number of Grandkids or something? Anyway, Excel image Nancy. Fun and well done. Bravo and hugs from Dave :^)
