It's funny, Chicago is a much larger city than Prague, but when I lived in Prague, I saw more couples! I think it's the atmosphere of the city that does it...Prague has a nice, emotional vibe. Chicago is nice, but it's often too busy trying to get something done! I agree, the cobblestones make a perfect backdrop for this nice, tender image.
