Description

This image is an experiment for me. I created a terrain in World Machine that was basically all shoreline using Flood Of Slurry. I made the sky cloudless in order to not interfere with the planet in the background. The planet and other moon were created using the LunarCell plugin. The Stars were created using Glitterato. I added the rings to the planet using basic Adobe Photoshop techniques. The pods on the shore were created in Adobe Photoshop using Glitterato to fill in the pods. I then did some adjustments to make them glow more. I am still trying to make the image appear less washed out. Enjoy!

Glitterato can be tough to work with. I find if you duplicate the render on itself, then use the glitterato on the copy & lighten it (transparency,) you can get less of a 'Glitterato Glare'. I really like how the elements come together here. Sharp, yet they flow nicely. Nice water settings, too. Really looks like its flowing. & I think the sky looks fine. Well done! ")

Great composition. Try to set the mode of the Layer with the planet to 'screen' to get it more realistic blended into your Pic.
