Description

When out hiking, I pocket driftwood that I find appealing. I have a nice collection going, that hopefully the fire dept and insurance company will not find out about. I set up this shot in the open shade on the east side of the house in the mid afternoon sun. I wanted to use fill flash, but my I cannot find that setting on my Canon Powershot A530. I can get it to fire automatically and to not fire at all, but I cannot get it to fire all the time for fill flash. My camera does not have macro, but I was about fifteen inches away for this shot. I need to reshoot this with a tripod and fill flash. I love the crispiness that fill adds to photos shot in the open shade.

I like it. I think you could crop it and upload it as a texture. Very cool work! ;)
