At one time they contained product but now are mostly associated with waste. Once a month one came on a hand truck wheeled by a security guard to pick up classified waste at the filing cabinets. No wonder the graffitti "Liquid" in Ontario caught my eye. (the smaller ones for grease with tabbed tops bottomed out the parafinic and olefinic products that did not go to the factional distillation tower and were "solid.")
