hi, sharing a collab. a 3D version of one of my own oil paintings, titled: In the Studio -2. painted on canvas. its was a really interesting work to carry on. my friend at work, sajid saim did all the modeling and lighting and i myself handled the direction, design and texturing. ofcourse its very hard to get the charm of an oil painting, but we somehow did achieve a fairly decent result, that we are quite content with. i like how it shows your love for textures and lighting even if it's 3D. i wish i could get Maya to render this well. :)
