Description

I rendered Vanessa in Photoshop using a hard edged brush. I drew her first in pencil, scanned it in. Set the layer to multiply and then painted under it on a second layer. I was trying to mimic the effect of the fabulous Magna Carta illustrations. Still got a way to go.. but : enjoy!

Brilliant. Makes me think of the old 19th century sci-fi visions of what could be on the Red Planet. ... Also makes me think of "Leather Goddesses Of Phobos" :)
