Description

The title comes from a song I was listening to at the time.Music has been a big motivator for me over the last couple of days actually. This particular image reminds me of the Calcasieu River in Louisiana,or even some parts of the Salmon River in Central Connecticut.A hot summer day,all thats missing is the sound of the cicadas. -Paul

Wow, that water looks incredible. You've really captured the gentle flow of these kind of rivers. The river bend makes us wonder what's on the other side. I really like this image. My only problem is what, IMO, are too dark shadows on the left.

It's not often I see an image that I want to paddle in. I mean, the water IS fantastic, looks very natural..The bend in the river does make one wonder where it leads? The vegetation and ground work are superb & the light, well, goes without saying!! Fantastic render Paul!! One question: How many pitchers did you have before the avatar image was taken? It looks like you mis-judged where the straw was going and poked yourself in the eye! Cracking shot by the way!
