Description

I was taking photos of a pathway and I looked to my right and saw this little guy .. hes a baby and he wanted to follow me as I walked . I told him I would take photos of him but he couldnt come with me .. he thought that was ok... but only if I had some bread for him .. I gave him some bread and as promised he posed ... isnt he cute ? ! I dont know if hes used to a lot of people talking to him or what ...he didnt seem to scared of me .. I just hope that he doesnt get to used to people ..he is in the wild and I wouldnt want him to get hurt by someone .. I didnt go to close to him and also backed away from him as he wanted to walk with me ..thats all I need now .. to get bit by a raccoon !! lol Edwards Gardens Toronto

Excellent capture my friend, i happened to run across a family of these early this morning while walking my dog, i was just as surprised as my dog who calmly watched while they crossed our path about 30 yards in front of us. Truly a beautiful animal.

great photo yeah I would not have got close to him..... I had a family of four hanging around my flower bed last fall Two babies,mama and daddy I could not get a good shot of these here they are to scared of people. great job :)

I have found most raccoons don't back off when there is food or when they are protecting territory. This is a beautiful shot! excellent.
