Description
An example of the common, inept minions that the COBRA Organization is composed of. Originally, these were the unemployed, malcontent, blue-collar workers of Springfield. However, as COBRA developed internationally, its enlisted ranks swelled with the uneducated malcontents of all nations. For this common foot-slogger, three meals a day and a chance to strike back at the governments and corporations of the world are the incentive he needs to be an evil-doer in the service of COBRA.
