Description

Not sure what this is called, perhaps one of you more familiar with horticulture than me knows. (Thanks to durleybeachbum for the ID on this one: "delphinium") Texture is frosty and amazing full-size. Very few blue flowers in the world, perhaps they don't wish to copy the blue sky that dominates their world. (Sure, there's a biological reason for it, but one can't help thinking poetically when dealing with flowers.)

Wow. That's a gorgeous macro! Beautiful work. This image speaks for itself - no plant ID is necessary for me to enjoy it! It's absolutely stunning. (If you want an ID though, it's good to include the whole flower, as well as leaves and stems.)
