Description

I told Piet that I would take a picture today for him, to show him a part of the grounds at the college where I work. So after the weekend rains we had here I hiked through the woods, I braved the winds, I stomped through the mud, I climbed over fallen branches, I fought off wild animals, Oh wait that is where you are (Africa) I did encounter a few very irate looking squirrels though, and I got you this picture... actually that is all a BIG lie, LOL I did take some pictures today that were of some blossoms on a tree but they were kind of boring, and I figured after Mothers day we had all seen our share of flowers for a few days, so I actually took this about a month ago, right before spring had really sprung here. This lodge is on the college grounds, and this is a small section of that. I hope you like it.

Wow, I am amazed at how quick nature is to respond and be covered in green all round the place this time of year and you say it was captured a month ago. Lovely colors to brighten up a beautiful and neat building. LOL @ you imagining being in Africa! Pfffft
