I have no formal training as far as art goes. I get my ideas from my life. I was a photo fanatic for many years. I would go out to the Platte River in Nebraska and shoot wild life. I still have many vivid "images" in my mind. The Whitetail Deer caught my imagination.
As a girl I sketched horses causing my mother to pull her hair. I owned my horse as an adult and I love the flow of the animal. Working with outdoor scenes are my absolute favorite.

Nice picture. I like the red background and the trees. The human is not out of luck if he can make the dragon try to follow him under the bright tree(?) down right, or elsewhere where it would get stuck and unable to retreat its head or body. ;-)
