Description

Rendered in C4D –noun, plural nex·us·es, nex·us. 1.a means of connection; tie; link. 2.a connected series or group. 3.the core or center, as of a matter or situation. 4.Cell Biology. a specialized area of the cell membrane involved in intercellular communication and adhesion. I found a new texture when playing with displacements.. This is what I stumbled upon. Hope you like, it took 35 hours to render.... Me thinks I need more ram. I very much recommend fullscreen, all the detail is lost in the small pic cos i've rendered it so large.. Thanks for all the previous comments! ;-)

35 hours is a long time. Ram won't help render times by the way.

Turned out brilliant And you do need to look at the full size to get all the little details Wonderful work

Nice render - as already mentioned increasing system ram will not lower render time - you need more processor power. Cinemas' displacement is usually slow to render though.
