Description
ON feb 24 at 37 tears old i suffered a massive heart attack and heart surgery . I have a new chance at life yet sometimes still find it difficult dealing with the changes ive had to make in order to continue living. I was a 2 pack a day smoker and over weight . Ive lost 28 pounds now and the changes in my eating habits has gone very well but yet i still struggle with the smoking ive quit compleletly for as long as 3 weeks but continue to
pick up the nasty things again . i made this as a reminder to myself that what i am doing will kill me!

Wow. That is so young. Good for you! It's hard to make changes, but life is worth it. Art is such great therapy. Keep it up.
