Description

A father looks upward Listening to the sounds upon the wind Hearing what may come To protect his son A son looks upward Watching his father Seeing the mighty lion He will become. This image was inspired by a recent conversation I had with my stepson, Phil, who is working very hard to be a good father to his son, Chris. I remember when Phil lived with us for a while, when he was 16, and how interesting and rewarding it is to see him go from rebel teen to responsible loving father. What we give to our children, they give to their children, and the circle of life, and love, goes on. Credits: Another in my 'Spirit of the Wild' series, created in Photoshop CS, using a photo, painting techniques, Heavenly Hair Brushes by Ravnheart/Toxic Angel, and Painted Worlds background by pen_is_envy.
