Description

"Park Avenue" in Arches National Park, Moab Utah. So named because the rock formations reminded early visitors of a street lined with skyscrapers. *Best viewed at full size! (well,actually they are best viewed in person...) ;-)

Moab in May could be the finest place on earth. I've been there a few times and always yearn to go back. Thanks for refreshing my desire. If you're still down there, travel out the road that follows the river south, going down the eastern side of it. I camped out there, maybe 10 miles out, and got the most fantastic shots of the mesas at dawn, laying flat on the ground, shooting through the grass and shrubs.

It looks surreal and seems so odd to have been naturally made. Tis the beauty of this area of the US. Excellent angle and capture. You have an eye for photography.
