A beautiful rose, Susan, and your postwork looks great. As for the text color ... did you try selecting all the letters (click and drag the curser) before using the color box?

Susan, this is wonderful! I bet those yellow rose buds, inside and out, are so cheery and bright! I just hate hearing you've had so much pain. Didn't they put you back on that good pain medication again? And have you finished the chemo yet or what? It just sounds wrong. But, I'm also very happy you got your deed now. I know that it would not be easy to move if you had to but better now than in the dead of winter... I love this shot and the postwork you did.:-)

The yellow rose is the rose of friendship. It's so pretty, Sis! I checked for the pink roses that grow alongside my house the other day but there weren't any. :( I went out and bought silk flowers instead. I'm running out of pain pills and haven't heard from my doctor. I have to wait 'til Monday to get refills. I'm not a happy camper. I'm glad you feel half way decent today. Hopefully, you'll feel better tomorrow. I'll say a prayer for you.

Oh, this is just lovely!! I love roses and this yellow one looks like it will be quite stunning when it fully opens. Hope you're feeling better soon and your pain will ease up. As for me, I go to the massage therapist and chiropractor all the time to help with pain issues. So I feel for you. Take care!!!

Well Susan, there's the yellow rose of Texas and I got there for two weeks! lol I also think that the yellow rose is significant of a true friendship and an indication of the time of year. Beautiful shot my friend and I like the depth of field here. I do however, have major problems with yor pain control, because at most if not all the times you have mnanaged to post, you have always had to endure unnecessary pain. If I lived closer, I'd have sorted all that for you by now Susan. Remember, it's a whole different ball game in England, I'm glad to say. We're always thinking about you................ Steve ;)

Oh this is such a beautiful rosebud and the photography is excellent Susan. I am sorry about your pain, and sometimes I wonder why the Doctors give us painkillers because in my experience our bodies just get used to them and the pain returns, or in fact it never reeally goes away fully in the first place. Be strong and try to be positive, you are in my prayers dear friend, hugs Jane xx

What a beautiful yellow rose bush you have! The color is so vibrant and cheerful. I would love to see a picture of this when it is bloomed out, if you feel up to taking another picutre. Continued prayers go your way.

Really is a lovely glow to this beauty of a yellow rose. I too like the tilted background, adds a touch of wonder.

I like your yellow rose, yellow is the color of divine wisdom. I, too, am sorry about your pain and hope for better futures for you. Last Summer I pulled my tendon in my left leg and here it is almost another Summer and it it still causing pain when I walk to town or to the mail box. But I just slow down and wait for the cramps and pain to subside. I walk about a mile every day except when I am in some discomfort. Have you gone to: "The Secret.com"?????? You might find it helpful!! Your friend, Lightpen
