morning all :o)
can you see me in this hoverfly`s body .i dont know how i got in this because its body was`nt shiny that i noticed.you can make me out closing in to take this shot if you look full size :o)..wonder if we have had our summer a couple of weeks ago as it`s cold and miserable again now!

That is really weird, Mick!! Excellent shot of this hoverfly. I once had to look after a friends chameleon while they went away and I had to take it round the garden on my finger pointing it at these so it could eat them.It gave me a shock every time it 'went off'!

Fantastic macro mate, I just had to come in and comment. Superb detail, and yes I can see you, I had to go and check my upload from last year, the hoverfly is not furry at this location on it s body it is like a hard shell, the sun must have been just right for your reflection. the one I took is not shiny it is a dull brown, but like a nutshell if the sun was right it would reflect. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!
