Description

Juan Angel Automatic traslation: Since my last image liked both, resumed this series to carry out during my trip to Costa de la Muerte in July 2002. For those times used film of ISO 100 with my old Reflex Konica TCX and objectives 35-70 and 70-150 mm. Subsequently the scan with an Epson Perfection 1250 to 300dpi and manipulated with Photoshop 7.2. More than a holiday, a journey of initiation was a different world where knowledge and ambles and simple people who shared their lives with us. A porta do lar, galician mean the door of the home. This is a simple picture and full of life that speaks for itself, as time passes slowly with humble occupations, such as the brave fishermen who are faced daily with "The Sea tenebroso" literally risking their lives for a few precarious wages. To them, my friend Luis de Prixelo (by trying to learn to speak Galego), and especially to Mark, that great career for his unconditional support for my work, is dedicated this image. Thank you for your comments and views. Juan Angel
