Very well composed imagery, Stephen and super dedication for the upcoming Memorial Day weekend. Altho, I'm one who believes the holiday should have remained where it originally was...the 30th of May.

You know my sentiments. Yes, we served but at least we came out alive. Fair winds...

Well done, Stephen and so fitting for the upcoming remembrance day. For all those who have passed on, whether by war or nature. Beautiful work!

What is the 'object' in the center of the image? Looks like a glass angular structure. Also, "Broken Arrow" was a term used to signify an accident involving a nuclear weapon. As a 'Disaster Preparedness Control Center Team' member and, having been involved in many 'Broken Arrow" exercises, this is a fact that cannot be disputed. I did find a reference that "Broken Arrow" was sometimes used as a code to call in all available aircraft for an airstrike. I cannot find any reference that would indicate that this term was used to drop weapons upon an area occupied by friendlies. All gave some; some gave All. Lynn

@wgardenhire: the 'object' is napalm splash, jellied gasoline in other words.
