I love it. Just one nitpick, and that is that the paint is too perfect around the eyelids. It goes impossibly close to the tip and reads as fake.

Excellent render, I love the character and those glossy lips. That said, I do think the tattoo would use some adjustment, perhaps a thin black outline and a slightly more faded colour.
