I just saw this in someone's favorites... I don't know why you call this 'classical', but it's a great image anyhow. I can see it figure in educational art books on composition and on the art of leading the viewer's eye through an image and to the focus point. Pure delicatesse..! ;o)

this one has really grown on me, for some reason i wasn't sure about it at first when i saw it but it is, as others have said, compositional excellence... i can see why you refer to it as 'classical', something very timeless about a lone figure in a red overcoat with an umbrella, evocative both in colour and mood
