Description

I took this last Saturday. the ceiling is probably nearly 100 feet tall and the expanse is so great that my 10-20 Sigma was unable to get it all in. no one was in the sanctuary so I layed down on the lowest point and hand holding I was not able to get all of the in one capture thanks for viewing and any comments.thanks to all that has made favorites of my work the church was at one time among the 8 wonders of the world.personally I think there are far more beautiful churches in Tulsa Boston Avenue Methodist church if you want to do a search

A beautiful capture, dear Richard. I can imagine you lying down to take the shot from the lowest point. Wonderful work. You have the finest day. It is beautiful in Bay today! Hugs. Diane. xx

Magnificent ceiling medallion you have captured along with this great architectural detailing. Are those some of the pipes in the organ case near the upper, right-hand corner of the photo?

Amazing picture Richard. Great photo. Almost make me dizzy to look up :) Churches are magnificent. Too bad they don't build more like they did in the old days. Churches are among the finest architectures ever made. 100 feet.. amazing.
