Hummm...tough call, really tough call... ponders I think, though, I'd have to go with the first version. It looks more calm, cool and peaceful. This one looks much more sunny and warm - this one would be perfect for, oh, I don't know, a family picnic, kids running around with a kite or playing fetch with Fido. The other has a more...romantic feel to it. ;-) Fantastic image though!

I'm viewing in backwards order so will give my preference on the next/previous one! This is a very nice scene though. A place to skip across the meadow and into those trees!
