during my time in hospital, for stroke or other health issues, one thing I learned is the total lack of unnecessary pride. We are all pretty much built the same and our health care professional do a great job of working on those parts of the body that need fixing.

Very honest render. Good pose and expression which suits the situation as you describe. (I would have dropped the frame though, it doesn't add anything and it doesn't need it.)
