Thanks so much to anyone who reached this page because they enjoyed one of my renders..the encouraging comments from artists here keep me going!
The name LdyNghtWng began with an RPG character back in 1995, the same year a computer, Photoshop4 LE, the internet and Poser (2?3?)came into our home. I have used that name so long for email and in forums that I suppose I am stuck with her for life.
I am a physician by profession, but have always loved art and writing...I write so many reports, my brain has frozen into a permanent writer's block, so I moved on to art. I used to be an avid photographer, but that went by the wayside when I had kids, and realized that toddlers tend to get lost while you set up a tripod. I found that with my hectic schedule, the computer was perfect for me..no mess, no fuss, always there ready whenever I have time to sit down for a few minutes.
I dabbled here and there in CG, and was quite active playing with various programs around 2002-2003. Then in 2004 my dad died, and I just turned off.
This September my youngest went off to college, and I vowed to come back to Poser. figuring the frustration and time-consuming projects would occupy me and keep me from being depressed =) I want to to try and get back to Bryce and Vue eventually...so much to learn!

Lovely work. It's fun to experiment with different styles and this pastoral is very mellow. Good idea about the new software. When you find or invent that program to create a new ecosystem in our yards, please let me know, and I'll download that one, too. : )

The sky looks so much like a watercolor, I love this look--though if I could do something with Vue, I'd fix the house before the lawn;-) Yep, not raining here in South Jersey right now..showers later, though:-(
