Description


This is a Topmod sculpt I used to do a GI test in C4D. Trying out a clay grainy look I learned from a '3D Kiwi' tutorial from the Cafe 4D site. Crits welcomed & have a good day.

I like the overall composition of this and the colour of the blue material. Not too keen on the grain in the shadows though or the notible seams in the background. If you ever rerender this a touch of subsurface scattering applied to the blue material may look nice.

Becco_UK strange you should mention the subsurface scattering, the meterial allready has has it applied. I'll post the render I did without GI. As its the same render with some changes ie: different shader for cube & no sphere or small cube. Hope you like it. Thanks for the coments.
