Hey people, Struggling on, had an exam today and another tomorrow so can't stop here long but thought I'd just take a minute to dig another one out of my archive from Granada seeing as I posted one from there yesterday. It's a point of debate whether the view of the Alhambra from down below in the part of town known as the Albaycin is better than the view of the Albaycin from within the walls of the gardens of the palace themselves. Even I can't decide easily but it's probably got to be the star of the place - the palace. It really is pretty vast and covered with decoration, be it on the brickwork or in the garden.. in fact it's another of the places from my book of essential places to see while you're alive which is acting like a guiding influence on where I want to travel at the moment (another place posted in my gallery is Eilean Donan Castle in Scotland). Pic from my old camera taken in 2006 from a very typical spot, kind of like a large viewing platform with restaurants and cafes to the side. Touristy snap basically but an impressive structure worth showing I thought. The garden I posted a shot from yesterday is just inside the farmost left wall, by the way. Adam ....wow I think that might be my first post without a smiley, guess that's what exams can do to you =)... aah dammit now I've ruined it..!
