Description

Nikon 7900 pocket camera - hand held image. This is #4 in a series of 7 shots showing the same Tree frog. We are now half way there, lol. This image is noticeably better lit than the last one was and as a result, it is much crisper. I am posting it because I think it gives a good perspective on the real size of this species. After downloading and looking at this image, I noticed that the frog seems to be focused on a "dust mote - light flair" that is visible just in front of his nose, lol. Of course that is just a result of the camera and not something that was really there. Still, -- he sure seems to be fixated on something right in front of his nose. In truth, he was looking to see where he wanted to jump, lol. Thanks to those who take the time to comment. lee

Excellent work Lee, I love it when you get the little critters to perch on your fingers, it adds a sense of scale and also an awe factor, that is awe as in awesome. How you get a timid little tree frog to sit on your finger long enough to get a few shots in is amazing. You are at one with nature. Superb image. Bravo!!!!!
