Description
Just a quick photo from the Awards Ceremony. My daughter made honor roll for the year. I didn't get a very good photo here... due to low light and being hurried... But it is more of a sentiment shot than anything. I am proud of my daughter.
Thanks for stopping by. Hopefully I'll be able to catch up next week. This is the first chance I've had to sit down in front of the computer since I uploaded "Busy As A Bee ...".

Oh, weather update... LOL ... Last week so hot I could barely stand it. Today, cold and rainy and weird weather for this time of year, and weather conditions not associated with Southern California. Here and in surrounding communities we've had rain, thunder, lightening, wind, mudslides, flash floods, snow, hail, more rain, tornadoes! more rain.... and cold (about 50F).

Pretty good POV and composition in this shot, but a bit out of focus. Weird weather for this time of year, indeed. I live south of you and had just a little rain with moderate winds today and rain with some thunder late yesterday afternoon.

I can still remember how proud I was to make the honor roll each grading period and then finally be inducted as a member of the national honor society. It was a great honor. This is a fabulously composed shot.

It is a tad out of focus as goodoleboy points out but does it really matter, I guess I would be shaking whilst taking this shot if she was my daughter. As for working the image it depends what software you have, but there should be a sharpen image filter somewhere in it. You could pass it through that and see if it improves the image. Congratulations to your daughter, I guess she is pretty proud as well. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!
