What a beauty! Apart from the perfectness of the image, the character reminds me of the dark elves in "TESIII: Morrowind" game, esp. with the haircut, of course if the game's graphics was of proper quality. Yet, I'd rather change the flower jewelry, with something to match the earrings... But this is just a matter of individual tastes. Great picture, anyway!
