I think it's a Bullock's Oriole, but I don't have a book right now. I know it's not great photography, in a hurry and through a window, but I thought it was a fun pose.

No I think it is a black headed grosbeak. Look at the bill and his head is ...,black - The bird on the right is simply the adult female. Your oriole would only have a black cap to his head, the oriole has a longer thinner beak with a point. Hope this is a help. -GB-
