Description
Elros "Raven" Elensar and Solani Darlan-Aranstar had been on the world of Ærth for a few months, and had rekindled a relationship from a one-night-stand and a friendship that had lasted for years.
Here, they're about to confront the Mistress, the demoness who has offerred the planar travelers a way back home to Ultiaris... if they cooperate with her.
It may mean their souls....

A great sense of tension in this portrait. Whatever is just out of sight to the left can't be good, judging by their expressions. Btw, has NwN gone for good now? I can't seem to reach any servers any more... I had many a romantic tryst there, and exciting times trying to outwit the nasties or run away from huge fiery demons. Once the largest demon, the final challenge in that world (Chalcedon) killed me and my partner and then continued to chase after us into the afterlife - not supposed to happen, but it did. It took about a dozen of us deaduns some thirty minutes to finish him off. That sort of thing doesn't happen in WoW.

NWN is still alive and kicking :) I play almost every night, or did, before I got render-happy! LOL Try logging in and visiting Gamespy. There are still hundreds of worlds online. Also, nwvault.com has a list of current worlds for NWN1 and also NWN2, though NWN1 IMHO, works a lot better for persistent worlds. There is one more patch coming out for the original NWN, which will feature ridable horses and a lot of new stuff. Amazing for a game that came out in 2002!
