Description

Hello ! Please Zoom, it pays. :) I had to take some shots from my strawberry blossoms, before the deer ate them all. We dont get any strawberries, because of the deers, and should there be a chance for a few single strawberries to be ready for eating, the blackbirds always come before us, so we muct buy then if we want any. :-/ This macro is for my very dear friend Vivi. A wonderful and Such a kind lady. She has a wonderful Poser Gallery: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/browse.php?user_id=343924 Thanks for stopping by and for your nice comments to yesterdays Post. :))) Have a beautiful week without stress. Finally it is raining a little here. YAY ! How we need it.:)

I see a little bit of red in the background. Did a strawberry survive? ;) A beautiful macro shot, Helle, including the glistening leaves.

A wonderful macro Helle! Now you have it for ever on the net, even if the deers eat it. i have just the smaller wild strawberries (smultron), but on the other side no one eats them for me except my grandchildren. I really love the composition of the shot, and of course the intese glistering green leaves, contrasting to the beautiful white flower.

Beautiful photograph ... and it raised quite a few memories of gathering wild strawberries as a child. No commercial strawberry tastes quite the same. Thank you, Helle for this. Mike

Very nice POV and great details in this macro, especially the leaves. Lovely to see, even if you don't get to enjoy the fruit.

you really have something going with flowers! They come out and show you their private secrets...the stamens almost look like underwater life—the way you've captured them, they're floating and luminous. And of course you always pay homage to your leaves...these are as electric as whole colonies. No doubt about it, your macros vibrate. (You should leave a few of photos out for the deer—maybe they'll stop and look at the flowers for a change. You're a great ambassador for the flower kingdom. They should give you an award!) A lovely shot.
