Description
Living in SA I see so much wildlife. Wildlife paintings on canvas is my other love, when I get time...LOL So I created a family of elephants in Daz Studio. One of my biggest mammals I love. So this week my theme is animals. :-)
Here is some info I want to share with you:
The elephant is the largest terrestrical animal on earth.
The elephant is the largest land-mammal
The elephant is the second tallest member of the animal kingdom--only the giraffe is taller.
Elephants has "knees", also on their hind legs
Elephants can not jump
The term "Jumbo" comes from the elephant Jumbo, who after Angola, France and England, was sold to P.T. Barnum (The Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus ) in U.S.A. Jumbo died in St. Thomas Ontario, Canada
September 22nd is Elephant Appreciation Day!

I've always been fascinated with the elephant....not only are they beautiful they are the center of every child's attention, ranking at the top of the list with the clown, of any child that has ever went to the circus or for that matter watched Tarzan as a child....beautifully done and loved the included information
