Description

SURFDRUMS We live on the edge of Holland, the coastline is about 20 minutes cycling distance from our village. 2 years ago there was a Artmanifestation, called “vloedlijn” (Floodmark) All kind of directmade sculptures created with used materials exposed on the beach. I photographed these drums, new on the beginning, and after weeks of hollow-noisy thumbling in the restless surfwaves, now rusty and dented, shot late before sunset.
