Great lighting, and unusually for Poser-stuff, a really deep background. I really like the way the tree root slides into the foreground, and the sense that its halfway to being a serpent. I think that the dryad herself is a little overlit . . . there's an odd strong shadow on her thigh. In scenes like this one, I find its good to experiment with gels on the lights (I think Poser supports this); gives a much more natural lighting without any big increase in render times. You might use separate lights for her hair and her body . . . this will let you really "bloom" the hair, without overlighting the body . . . just some ideas. . .I really like the image, as I said
